Uganda Cranes forward Denis Omedi has completed a move to Kenyan giants Gor Mahia after signing a two year deal.
The club confirmed the acquisition of the player on Friday evening via its social media platforms.
“We are delighted to confirm the signing of Ugandan striker Denis Omedi; the Ugandan goal machine has put pen to paper and is ready to light up the green and white. Welcome to the fortress Omedi.” Reads the message.
Omedi became a free agent after leaving Rwanda’s APR where he featured last season.
Reports recently linked him to KCCA but that did not materialize and instead, he is now officially a Gor Mahia player.
Previously, Omedi played for Kitara and Booma FC.
